The CNC EPS Scoop Machine use pre-shaped rigid hot wire to scoop on foam for various pack application.As the rigid hot wire can be bent into different shapes and machine is CNC control,so,users can scoop different EPS packs.
 
The hot wire foam cutter machine can work like CNC EPS router with XYZA axis.The table moves at Y axis and hot wire moves at X/Z/A axis to cut.As you can hang 4 pcs of pre-shaped hot wires,so you can scoop 4 pcs at one time.
