Automatic EPS mold scooping machine make bulk qty EPS molds
Conveying is by belt on the table,the EPS sheets are fed by the belt and there are positioning bar at sides to position the sheet well.There are also pressing rollers at top to position the space.
Scooping is by the multiple rigid hot wires which are pre shaped into different designs and they are controlled pneumatically up and down,they are also rotating to scoop.
Slicing is by multiple soft hot wires which are installed vertically,they work to slice the sheets into small column pieces and one hot wire which is installed horizontally,it works to down cut the EPS mold into individual pieces.
The whole process is controlled by PLC and users can input stroke size at screen.The hot wire heating is electrical working to melt and cut the EPS foam.
We name the machine as automatic machine,cause it is automatic working and it can work for bulk qty of EPS molds.You can see from below picture that bulk qty EPS molds are made by the EPS mold scoop.So,the machine will be helpful for the EPS packing industry.
