What is the Materials Application of Fastwire Machine ?
Fastwire machine can work with table moving horizontally,gantry move vertically.The wire cycle around the gantry.It can CNC contour cut the rigid foam with computer controlled accuracy for good precision.The machine can also cut the block into sheeting of different thickness.The software can automatically compensate the wire thickness,it can make the cutting with good accuracy.
We also name the machine as abrasive wire machine.The abrasive wire are carbon steel materials and it can work with many diverse materials like Mineral wool,PU,foam glass,foam ceramic,EPS,XPS,modified insulation boards etc rigid and composite materials.There are three types of abrasive wires which are smooth type,single peak,double peak etc.The dust collector can be attached with the machine to remove the dust from cutting.
The insulation factories are pipe insulation factory,building wall exterior insulation factory etc.They use the fastwire machine to help with their project.
