Supply Mold Free CNC EPS Cutting Machine with 4 axis
The CNC EPS cutting machine can cut on EPS foam to mold packaging by hot wire grooving.It is hot wire molded machine not same as any metal mold on EPS shape molding machine.
We have small manual hot wire machine,semi automatic and automatic machine.We will introduce the CNC EPS cutting machine in the article.
As you can see from the picture,it has four cutting heads and it can cut four pcs at same time.The cutting will be clamped by pneumatic units.So,it will keep still on table.The cutting head is hot wire to be shaped to be any model you need and it will be controlled by four axis XYZA.
The software will be installed in a Lenovo laptop to be shipped with machine.We install CAD software for users to draw and ArtCut software to create cutting path.The control will be 4 axis programme same as router programme.It supports G code.
Application:EPS foam packaging for bottle,cup,tool,glass items,ceramic items etc.
