CNC eps foam 2D cutting machine is controlled by CAD programming,the stepping motor on axis X and Y motions horizontally and vertically to automatically realize the 2D cutting on eps foam.The nichwires can be heated for cutting eps foam by melting it.Normally,it can take 20 pcs hot wires.
Its application is for 8—30 kg/m³ density eps foams. Like the eps boards,corrugations,dovetails grooves, Sawing grooves,eaves line,bottom line,Roman column,any mouldings,European style decorative components etc

Online training from our facility is included free of charge, and usually takes two hours. The machine is light weight and can be installed easily.
