EPS hot wire machine and coating machine for EPS decorative mouldings making
Almost all the buildings need EPS mouldings,it is big market.After seeing the market demand of EPS decorative mouldings on the building wall,people always think about how to make the EPS mouldings,with what machines and raw materials?
EPS decorative mouldings include window trim,carved patterns,waistline,door pocket,cornice,corbel,roman column,door decoration,architectural elements etc.it is important to know that you are going to make these models,then,you can choose your machines based on the moulding patterns.
You need several machines for making these mouldings,of which the EPS hot wire machine and EPS coating machine are most popularly used.As for the EPS hot wire machine,there are EPS cutting machine with multiple wires for cutting insulation sheets,CNC hot wire machine with single wire or multiple wires for cutting various models.At most cases,you need the CNC 2D hot wire cutting machine with multiple wires like above picture for making EPS decorative mouldings.
You can draw in CNC software for your moulding and then the EPS hot wire machine will cut from EPS block into your moulding,this machine can load over 20 pieces of hot wires and you can cut with each wire for one piece of moulding.
After you finish with cutting,you need wrap the fiberglass mesh on the EPS moulding which is mainly done manually.
It comes to the EPS coating machine now.Before the machine work,you need prepare dry mortar and mix the mortar with water in the mixing machine,the mortar will be conveyed to the mould of coating machine.The EPS moulding wrapped with fiberglass mesh will pass thru the mould,so the mortar will be coated on the three sides of the moulding.
Finally,you need dry the EPS moulding with mortar in the natural air.
You can see the machines above,as for the labours,you need one or two person for operate EPS hot wire machine,two person for wrapping fiberglass mesh,three persons for coating machine.Totally,you need maximum six to seven persons to make production fully working.
