1) The hot wire can be oscillating when cutting,it can increase the capacity by 1/3 when the wire motions with oscillation.it works better for cutting some non flammable materials like Propor,Neopor block.
2) Take the PSQ300 model CNC foam cutting machine for example,we have options with wire length of 1.4m,2.2m and 2.6m.Cause we have EPS block size with 630mm,1250mm and 1000mm,so it can cut at least two blocks with 2.2m and 2.6m wire length.
