The principle of fluidized eps dryer
The eps beads need ripening in fluidized eps dryer after foamed for eps panels making.There are natural ripening in silo and fluidized ripening.The fluidized eps dryer can dialysis the foamed beads by air blowing holes on the ventilation sheet with the strong hot air which is generated by heat exchanger and blew by air blower.The beads will be shaped in short ripening time. And it can dry and dewater the beads.
Normally,
fluidized eps dryer works with twice eps foam machine,because the diameter of eps beads is big after foaming and foaming agent inside eps beads is less after twice foaming.The agent will be liquid state from air state,the pressure is too different inside and outside.The beads will shrink when the pressure is bigger than the own pressure of beads itself.With eps dryer,the agent will last longer when it turn from air state to liquid state.The hot air can penetrate into the beads to reduce the pressure inside and outside,so that it will not shrink.
There will be blowing fan at end of eps dryer.A filter screen is attached on the nozzle of blowing fan to prevent the beads into the pipes.Another two openings can clean the beads fall from the dryer.So that the capacity and whirling speed will not be weakened. The beads will whirling ahead to dewater and dialysis fully and shape in short time.
