Work Principle

Users need to cut big panels of same thickness with your packaging products,then feed the EPS panel on the belt conveyor of EPS shape cutting machine for packaging,the panel will be cut by rotary shaped hot wires which are two groups split,some packaging grooves will be shaped in and on the EPS panels which will be down cut by the flexible hot wires,the packaging on panels will be split into individual products.

The shapes of packaging products follows hot wire shapes which are made by users with their demand.The hot wires are horizontal,so packaging products are horizontal too.
