The heavy duty foam contour cutting machine uses diamond wire to cut high density foam composite materials into 2D shapes or sheets.The machine is able to cut the high density foamed ceramics materials by diamond wire and other rigid foam materials like PU/Foamed Glass/EVA/EPS Cement/XPS/Mineral Wool/Honeycomb corrugated paper/Gypsum etc by carbon steel wire.
